幸运大奖与充值活动不冲突可同时获得；

活动仅限USDT充值，其他币种及提币不参与；每笔充值单独计算，不做累计；如出现数字相同的情况，则按交易ID中第一个7出现的位置顺序获奖（如用户A的第一个7在数列第3位，用户B的第一个7在第10位，即用户A获奖）；
